Green House Scents takes pride in using the best possible
ingredients and materials to create wax melts and candles. To guarantee that
products are safe to use, they go through thorough and continuing testing.
Please take the time to read this advice so you may use your candles and wax
melts properly and to get the most out of their potential and pleasure. 

By purchasing products from us, you accept full
responsibility for ensuring that they are used responsibly and safely in line
with the instructions provided. In the event that candles, wax melts, or candle
burning are used improperly, Green House Scents disclaims all liability.

Candle Instructions and Tips

Always place candle on a heat resistant surface! Remove any
flammable decoration before lighting Never leave burning candle unattended Keep
burning candle away from children and pets Pour out melted wax if flame is too
short. Rotate candle 1/4 turn each burning to encourage even melting of wax
Burn candles 2-3 hours at a time Avoid burning near drafts! Keep wick trimmed
to 1/4 inch !!

our products may cause to you or your home. Always use caution when burning any
candles or tarts! Keep away from flammable items, children and pets. Green
House Scents is NOT responsible for any damages, injuries, or loss (of any
kind) that result from the use of our candles due to negligence, misuse, or
lack of attention. Please remember you are playing with fire and burning at
your own risk, making you responsible for your own safety. Be sure to use
caution and proper burning techniques with these candles.

 

General Candle Safety Rules

Keep burning candles within sight. Extinguish all candles
when leaving a room or before going to sleep.Keep out of the reach of children and pets. Do not place lighted candles where they might be knocked over by children or pets. Never burn on or near anything that can catch fire. Do not allow wax to contact finished surfaces. Trim wicks to 1⁄4 inch each time before burning. Long or crooked wicks cause uneven burning, dripping, and sooting. Never touch or move a burning candle or when the wax is liquid. Keep the wax pool free of wick trimmings, matches and debris at all times. Use a snuffer to extinguish a candle. This is the safest way to prevent hot wax splatters. Do not burn a candle longer than 4 hours.Keep burning candles away from drafts, vents, ceiling fans and air currents to prevent rapid, uneven burning, and avoid flame flare-ups and sooting. Always burn candles in a well-ventilated room.

Make sure a candle is completely extinguished and the wick is no longer glowing before leaving the room. Extinguish a candle if it flickers repeatedly, smokes, or the flame becomes too high. If your candle isn’t burning properly, let it cool, trim the wick, check for drafts and then re-light. Never use a candle as a nightlight. Failure to follow candle safety rules could result in fire hazards, damage and serious injury, total destruction of property, and death.Always carefully read and follow candle safety rules and safety instructions on the candle warning label.

 

Cancellations

Once an order is placed, we start
to begin working on them sometimes within 1-2 days, because each candle is made as they are ordered, we only allow 24 hrs. to cancel an order. There will be a 10% cancellation fee. After 24 hrs. have passed from the time you place an order the order cannot be cancelled and NO REFUNDS will be issued, no exception!

 

Returns and Exchange

Green House Scents guarantees
satisfaction to all of their customers. If there has been an error or you
received a defective item, we will gladly exchange it and send you the correct
one.

If the product happens to be
damaged or breaks during shipping or upon arrival, we will replace
the item under certain conditions. In order for the candle(s) to be replaced,
we require a photo for proof of damage to be emailed to us within
5 days of the purchase date. We will only accept returns and exchanges
for unburned candles.

 

Exchanges will ONLY be honored if the product was received in error, arrived damaged, or defective,
otherwise NO refunds will be issued.

Return Conditions

Customers are responsible for the
return shipment costs for the product(s) and are liable for any loss in value
of the item(s).  Green House Scents will determine whether the items are
eligible for replacement or an exchange.
